This cross represents years of careful selection rather than a single breeding decision. By backcrossing a selected (Rainbow Mints × Zookies) × Skywalker OG male into our Rainbow Mints × Zookies keeper, we refined the traits we valued most: fuel-heavy terpenes layered with cool menthol, Z, and classic OG notes, exceptional structure, and reliable performance, without losing the identity of the original keeper.

Rainbow Mints × Zookies
Our keeper. Dense resin. Loud gas. Exceptional structure. The foundation of this line. Originally created while cubing our Zookies keeper for preservation, crossing it with our Rainbow Mints keeper was the obvious next step. Two gas-heavy keepers came together and produced something even better than we expected. It quickly became the benchmark for everything that followed.

(Rainbow Mints × Zookies) × Skywalker OG
To further refine the line, Rainbow Mints × Zookies was crossed with Skywalker OG. From the resulting population, one male stood above the rest. Explosive vigor, greasy fan leaves, exceptional structure, and a stem rub screaming fuel and cold menthol. Backcrossing this male into our Rainbow Mints × Zookies keeper reinforced the line, improving consistency while adding another layer of classic OG gas and an even deeper fuel expression.

Selection notes
Two primary phenotypes were observed during selection:
Gas Fuel — Absolute GAS. Fuel-forward terp profile with complex gassy characteristics. Old-school OG meets modern gas, giving a really unique flavour.
Menthol Gas — Combines a cooling menthol note with the same underlying fuel profile. Old-school OG meets modern gas, giving a really unique flavour.
4. Phenotype Analysis
Description
Two dominant expressions: a short, dense fuel pheno and a taller mint-forward pheno. Hunt rewards patience — the fuel cut tightens through week six and finishes with the heaviest resin.
